T&C FOR PROMOTIONAL CODES

This 'Promotional Code Offer' ("Offer") is provided to the customer by 'Matter Motor Works Private Limited' ("Matter") on the website https://matter.in and its mobile site (collectively, "Platform")

These terms and conditions for use of promotional codes ("T&C for Promotional Codes") are in addition to the Terms and Conditions of Use to which the customer agrees by using the Platform, and the Online Pre-Booking T&C to which the customer agrees by making a Pre-Booking (as defined in the Online Pre-Booking T&C) on the Platform.

The customer avails a discount by using the promotional code which has a limited validity. By confirming the Pre-Booking of the vehicle by using a promotional code, the customer is accepting these T&C for Promotional Codes. The customer must read these T&C for Promotional Codes carefully before confirming the Pre-Booking.

1. OFFER DETAILS

   1. By applying the Promotional Code, the customer gets a specific offer on the final purchase price of the Matter vehicle on Pre-Bookings.
   2. Discount will get automatically reflected and be deducted from the final purchase price amount of Matter vehicle.
   3. To avail the Offer, the customer must apply the correct promotional code in the "Have a Promo Code" field. In case the customer applies the incorrect promotional code or forgets to mention the correct code, he/she will not be eligible for the Offer.

2. TERMS & CONDITIONS

   1. This Offer is only valid for on final price and not on the Pre-booking amount.
   2. This Offer may not be clubbed with any other promotional code/coupon offer provided by Matter. One promotional code may be used only once at the time of Pre-Booking the Matter vehicle.
   3. Matter reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to withdraw/add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these T&C for Promotional Codes or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not. Nothing contained herein amounts to a commitment by Matter to conduct further, or provide similar or other offers.
   4. In case of any disputes regarding the terms of the Offer, Matter’s decision shall be final and binding.
   5. Matter shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to any force majeure event.
   6. In the event of any misuse or abuse of the Offer by the customer, Matter reserves the right to deny the Offer or cancel such customer’s Pre-Booking.
   7. In no event the entire liability of Matter under this Offer shall exceed the amount of promotional discount under this Offer.
   8. Matter shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Offer.
   9. Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this Offer shall be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ahmedabad.

3. CONDITIONS IN CASE OF CANCELLATION

   1. In event the customer cancels the Pre-Booking, for any reason whatsoever, the Offer is cancelled and promotional code will become invalid, and the customer would not be eligible to the discount under the promotional code already used once.
